Refund policy

At Hale & Rue, we want you to feel confident in every purchase.
If something doesn’t work for you, you can choose between a return or a size exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Return Policy:
  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Each order is eligible for one return request only.
  • A reverse shipping fee will be deducted from the refundable amount for all returns.
  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned product has been received and passes our quality inspection.

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, the product must:
  • Be unused and unworn.
  • Be unwashed and free from any stains, marks, perfume, makeup, or other signs of use.
  • Be returned in its original condition.
  • Have all original tags and labels attached.
  • Be returned with its original packaging.

We do not accept returns for:
  • Discounted or final-sale items.
  • Worn or washed products.
  • Products with removed or damaged tags.
  • Products returned without their original packaging.
  • Products that do not meet our quality inspection standards.

Exchange Policy: 

We offer size exchanges only.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • Each order is eligible for one exchange only.
  • Exchanges are subject to size availability.
  • No exchange fee or reverse shipping fee will be deducted from the customer for an eligible size exchange.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • If the required size is unavailable, the exchange cannot be processed.

Refund Policy:
  • Once the returned product reaches us and passes our quality inspection, the refund will be initiated.
  • For returns, the reverse shipping fee will be deducted from the refundable amount.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment used at checkout.
  • Please allow 7–10 business days from the date of refund approval for the amount to reflect in your account.
    (Actual timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.)
  • Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
