Cancellation Policy

At Hale & Rue, we understand that plans change. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  
• Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  
• To request a cancellation, please mail us on haleandrue1@gmail.com with your order ID and do mention 'CANCEL' in the subject of your mail.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If your order is successfully cancelled, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  
• The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
  
• For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed online.
  
• For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after details are shared.
  

Please Note:

• Orders placed during sale periods, special offers, or clearance sales may not be eligible for cancellation.
  
• We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests if the order has already been processed or packed.
